In fact, Review Tracker data founded that 94% of consumers admitted that a negative review dissuaded them from purchasing an item.

Evenso, it is important to respond to poor reviews so current and potential customers, alike, understand that the company cares about inquiries, even negative ones. Furthermore, instead of dreading reviews, dissect them as a way of communicating directly with online users. In other words, use it to your advantage. Take charge of your brand and assume responsibility. Respond to feedback and make sure complaints are managed in a timely and orderly fashion. This increases credibility and sets a positive tone.
