Hiring A Web Development Team

#1 As a web developer, what is your main goal?

Creating websites that both Team WTI and our clients can be proud of. Also, meeting the needs of our clients is our most important objective.

#2 How do you distinguish the difference between web development and web design?

Design is visually creating a website; whereas, development is taking that design and turning it into a functioning website.  Both of these are uniquely challenging when communicating with the client. We want to create a design that the client desires and we want the website to function effectively to meet their needs.

#3 Which element- design or development- do you find to be most effective when connecting with users?

From our web team’s point of view, both are equally important. To be more specific, design determines how the site will look and development determines how the site will function for the user. Depending on each user and/or potential client, either design or development may play a more important factor.

#4 What is the most important part of your job?

Meeting the needs and business goals of our clients while using our expertise in coding and design. In addition, full transparency with our clients is vital for a site’s success.

#5 Do you find your job creative?

I find all aspects of my job creative. No two websites are exactly the same and writing code and creating functionality is an art form in itself.
